LPC (Trull) Ltd have been successful in achieving planning permission for one detached dwelling on a former overflow car park at The Radnor Arms in Corston near Malmesbury, Wiltshire.
The Radnor Arms is a Grade II Listed Building, and the Permission followed a successful Pre-Application with the Local Planning Authority Wiltshire Councill. The new three-bedroom dwelling has been sensitively designed, and well sited adjacent to the main road.
The proposals represent an ideal reuse of previously developed land in one of Wiltshire’s Small Villages, where infill development accords with adopted Core Strategy policies and the Malmesbury Neighbourhood Plan.
