LPC (Trull) Ltd have successfully achieved Planning Permission for a bespoke new dwellinghouse for one of their clients on the Island of Stronsay, Scotland.
Working collaboratively with Officers from Orkney Council we were able to provide an environmentally sustainable scheme with close attention paid to sustainable drainage, ecological enhancements and a detailed landscaping scheme incorporating native planting.
The application was approved by the Council’s planning committee in accordance with the Planning Officer’s recommendation of approval.
