LPC (Trull) Ltd recently obtained planning permission on behalf of our client, NHS Cornwall, for the change of use of one of their vacant surgery buildings that is now surplus to requirements, to a residential dwelling in Lewannick (Launceston), Cornwall. The property originally comprised a residential cottage that was converted in the past to the local surgery. The surgery, together with other existing surrounding facilities have combined into one centralised facility and we were delighted to have enabled the change of use and conversion of the building back to its original use as a dwelling – providing our client with a valuable asset that was previously vacant and not adding any value.
