LPC (Trull) Ltd have successfully obtained a Certificate of Lawful Development for an extension to an existing dwelling, which was lawfully commenced before the expiration of five years from the date of the permission, in compliance with condition 1 of the decision.
The permission was granted in 1998 and shortly afterwards foundations were laid. However, at that time the project was placed on hold and the foundations were backfilled. Now with the assistance of a Statutory Declaration and supporting evidence, it has been possible to demonstrate to the Council that the permission was lawfully implemented. Accordingly, a Certificate of Lawful Development was granted.
