LPC (Trull) Ltd recently obtained planning permission for a client with a large, detached property in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea  identified as a building of local merit within the Holland Park Conservation Area Appraisal. The permission was for the addition of 2no. roof dormer extensions to the principal front elevation, together with a single storey side extension at second floor above the existing entrance porch and first floor accommodation (which was previously refused prior to LPC’s involvement and advice). We are currently preparing an application at the same property for the partial redevelopment and extension to the existing detached garage at the rear for additional ancillary accommodation including a gym, guest bedrooms and living space.
