LPC (Trull) Ltd are delighted to have gained planning permission for 4No covered Padel courts, diversifying the sports offering at a rugby club in the Green Belt and National Landscape around Bath. There have been prolonged discussion and survey work to establish the very special justification, based largely on the lack of supply in the City area, together with the protection of flight paths for bats, light spillage, noise and landscape impacts.
The development has been agreed to provide a sustainable addition to the sports and leisure facilities in this area and provides an important diversified revenue source for the rugby club itself, which as a community charity operation can feel secure for the foreseeable future given the ever increasing popularity of padel.
