LPC (Trull) Ltd recently obtained planning permission for the replacement of an existing 21-bed care home in Draycott, Somerset (East), with a new, high-quality 49-bed care home together with communal, support and staff facilities and associated works. Located within the settlement boundary of Draycott but subject to an alternative development allocation as well as sensitive ecological and landscape designations, the project team worked closely with the LPA to reach a recommendation for approval by the Case Officer whose motion was supported by the Council’s Planning Committee.
