After an extensive planning process (which involved two separate planning applications, an appeal, a judicial review and extensive local community consultation), planning permission was granted for a scheme of 20 dwellings.

The scheme was extremely challenging given that the site is outside of the settlement boundary, however, we worked in close collaboration with the client, throughout the application process dealing proactively with the various challenges that arose, with the end result being a high quality new residential development that will positively relate to the locality.
